# Installation 1. Back up the current server files and `_gaylord_private` database directory. 2. Upload this folder beside the existing application. 3. Test `INDEX_SIMON_COSMIC_MASTER.php` under a temporary filename. 4. Confirm: - login - account creation - navigation - SIMON startup only once per browser tab - idle screensaver - uploads - Safari/18+ library 5. Only replace the production index after testing. The webhook tracker expects: `/connlink/test1/ui/webhook_inbox.php` The SIMON key remains blank until populated.
