When set, POST actions require X-SIMON-TOKEN. The browser dashboard does not send a token by default, so leave it unset until you add an authenticated session or inject the token server-side. The dashboard works immediately using protected JSON fallback storage. The SQL file provides the Phase 3 MariaDB tables for later persistence integration. No production files are edited. Test, shadow, canary, and rollback operations are controlled simulations until wired into ConnLink routing.
